RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused where applicable, with tags (if provided), and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described so we can review the issue and assist where appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) 

• Custom or personalised products 

• Personal care products 

• Hazardous materials 

• Flammable liquids or gases

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Where applicable under UK consumer law, eligible orders may qualify for cancellation or return rights. Returned products must be sent back in their original condition together with proof of purchase. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
